Neeti Bhargava, MD
Dr. Bhargava is board certified is both rheumatology and internal medicine. She attended medical school at the Calcutta National Medical College and Hospital, where she placed among the top ten percent of her class and was ranked first, with Honors in preventive and social medicine. She completed her residency training at the prestigious Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center's Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she was ranked in the top five percentile in the program. After residency she successfully completed the board certification requirements for internal medicine.
Dr. Bhargava attended a two-year fellowship program in rheumatology and immunology at the Georgetown University Medical Center with rotations at the National Institutes of Health. She has written and contributed to numerous articles and research papers, including a research project on autoimmune diseases performed with the world-renowned expert, Dr. Thomas Cupps.
Dr. Bhargava is a member of the American College of Rheumatology, the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians.
