About Us: Management Team

President

Mark Chilton, MD is the President of MMI. A board certified orthopaedic surgeon, with special training in treatment of the spine, Dr. Chilton has been a member of MMI and Orthopaedic Associates of Frederick for over twenty years. In addition to managing a full clinic and surgical schedule, he also works in the administrative management of the practice.

Chief Operating Officer

Quinten M. Davis has served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) since 2000. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and MBA from the University of Baltimore. Mr. Davis has over twenty years experience in all areas of medical group management, including operations, finance, marketing and administration.

Central Business Office

Terry Pierce, CPC, manages MMI's Central Business Office (CBO). All billing and collections functions are handled through the CBO.

Support for Individuals with Disabilities
