Calls for Doctors and Refills

Calls for doctors and refills will be directed to the Nurse’s Line x108. Please explain your problem to the Nurse who will ensure the physician receives your message. The Nurse or physician will then contact you with a response. We will only respond to prescription refill requests during office hours. This process may take up to two business days.

Payment Policy / Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept most major credit cards, cash and personal checks. We participate with Medicare and most health insurance plans. Please be sure to bring your insurance card. If a referral is necessary, please obtain it from your Primary Care Physician and present it at Check In.

If we participate with your insurance, we will file your insurance claim. We collect all deductibles and co-insurance payments from our patients at time of service. The complete version of our financial policy will be given to you at Check In. If you have any questions, please ask us, we will be happy to help you.

X-Ray Services

For your convenience, X-ray services are offered on-site at our Frederick, Maryland location by American Radiology Services using our state of the art technology and equipment to give you the finest care possible

Physical Therapy

If your physician refers you for physical therapy or occupational therapy, you can be seen by one of the specialty-trained therapists in our Frederick offices. We will work to accommodate your schedule and to have you seen promptly. Early morning and evening hours are available.
